RAILWAY STREET PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

The brief for this project included the preparation of a condition survey of the existing Church structure, including roof, roof space, lath and plaster ceiling, walls and floors.

Feasibility options were prepared and after identification of necessary remedial works and client consultation in respect of alteration works, working drawings were prepared, tenders were sought and works were executed on site. 

As the existing church building holds Grade B listing, considerable effort was made to ensure appropriate materials were utilized for repairs and remedial work and sympathetic design solutions were provided for the alteration works within the Church.

A new lighting scheme was provided during refurbishment works together with a new heating installation.
